Kathleen Palanchi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Care

and Education Specialist dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive primary care

for patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall

University and went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing at University of Alabama -

Birmingham, where she graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program.

With a special focus on diabetes management and women’s health, Kathleen empowers

patients through education, prevention, and personalized treatment plans. In her practice,

Kathleen is committed to evidence-based care, patient education, and the development of

individualized treatment plans that promote long-term health and well-being. She strives to

deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that addresses both preventive health needs and

complex medical conditions.

Kathleen brings expertise in care from newborns to adults. She is a proud member of the

American Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, the American Diabetes

Association, the Association of Women's Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses and the

American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
