When scheduling an appointment, please be as specific as possible. Same day appointments are available for those patients needing immediate care. Every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible.

A 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. No futher appointments will be made for a patient that has missed 3 scheduled appointments in a row without notifying our office. Appointments are time slots reserved for you and could be given to another when we are notified in advance. A No-Show charge may be assessed to your account.
