Benefits of Membership in PPCP

At this time, PPCP only accepts primary care physicians as Members. PPCP is a member-owned limited liability company; with each of the member-owner practicing within the PPCP centralized organizational structure. PPCP sets very high ethical operational standards, very high quality medical guidelines, and maintains excellent patient outcome analysis.

In complete fairness, physicians pay equally, actual operational monthly site and corporate expenses. Physicians are allocated equal actual cost to support their particular local site. Each physician in the entire corporation is allocated an equal share of cost to support corporate (Administration, Accounting, Billing, IT, Hospitalists, After-Hours Nurse Triage, Central Referral, etc.) i.e., if there are 4 physicians at a site and 40 physicians in PPCP, then each physician would be allocated their personal direct expense, plus 25% of their total site expenses, plus 1 / 40th of the total monthly corporate expense (approximately $4,500.00 monthly). The PPCP organizational structure provides lower overhead cost, higher reimbursement, enhanced paperless medical information technology, and ancillary income.
