PPCP Will Attempt To Treat As Inexpensively As Possible
PPCP has checks and balances in place to insure appropriateness. First, each physician in PPCP is peer-selected based on his/her ability and commitment to always put the patient's health first. Second, PPCP has established a Quality Assurance review to insure diagnosis and treatment protocols and associated costs for patients compare to established protocols and cost. The CEO and President will review any complaint of significant variance of protocol and/or cost. Third, patient outcomes are periodically analyzed to achieve maximum medical improvement. Fourth, HIPAA compliant outcome studies are shared with appropriate specialty providers for treatment.
It is in the patient and the patient insurance plan best interest to have doctors successfully treat patients the first time so as to not to inconvenience the patient and/or incur additional insurance claim cost. Each PPCP doctor has a strong interest in providing high standards of care. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care– a serious mission that goes well beyond the financial goal of simply effectively negotiating and administering managed care contracts.
