Received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985 and her Family Medicine training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Tabor is a board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice and also holds a certificate of added qualifications in Geriatric Medicine.
