Dr. Castellone has been in private practice in Charleston since 1988. He has served as Chief of Staff and Chairman of the Medical Executive Committee of Columbia Trident Regional Medical System. He received his medical degree from the University of Vermont and served his residency in Family Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Castellone was Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice in 1985.
